Personal Training - 1 on 1

We completely recognize that each individual has unique fitness goals and hectic schedules! That's why we provide tailored one-on-one coaching plans designed specifically for you! Whether you're looking to build strength, enhance endurance, recover from an injury, or navigate postpartum training, we're here to support you on your journey! PT sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home or in at the Studio. 

 

Ladies Functional Fitness Training​​​​​​​​

This class is tailored for ladies including mums, where we will work on a variety of exercises with a particular focus on pelvic floor health and core strength. Great plus, you'll be able to take your kids with you. 

Our location

Our classes are held in the "Dein Trainer" Studio in Baar. For Personal training, you can either choose to train at the studio or in the confort of your own home (we will take care of the equipment needed)

Together with physical therapy in some cases or with personal training in other cases, functional fitness helps restore your body to the way it is designed to move, reducing significantly back, knee or joint pain to name a few.

By gaining in flexibility, co-ordination, strength and improving your overall health, and being low to medium impact, functional fitness is highly effective in helping you reduce risks of injury and stresses to your body. This makes it a great program for all ages.

PELVIC FLOOR AND DEEP CORE 

At its core (pun intended), deep core exercises build the strength and endurance of your trunk (including your chest, abs, back, and pelvis) to decrease the load on your spine and improve core coordination so you can run, jump, and lift heavy. They help stabilize the spine, improve posture, support your organs, and enhance overall functional movement.

They also help strengthen and support your pelvic floor. The pelvic floor has three layers of muscle which need to be strong to retain continence, support your pelvic organs, or allow you to safely give birth to name a few benefits.
