Welcome to our fitness community! At B. Stronger, Live longer, we believe that fitness is not just a hobby, it's a way of life that can be enjoyed in various settings — in a group, or one-on-one with a coach.

Rückbildung

8-week course tailored for new mothers, focusing on regaining strength, endurance, pelvic floor, and core stability. Each week introduces a new theme to provide comprehensive guidance on optimizing physical and mental health during this special period. 
(Includes Rectus Diastasis measurement and Pelvic floor testing with Alonea Pelvic Tool)

 

B. Functional Fit

This class is tailored for ladies including mums, where we will work on a variety of exercises with a particular focus on pelvic floor health and core strength. Great plus, you'll be able to take your kids with you. 

Personal Training - 1 on 1

We completely recognize that each individual has unique fitness goals and hectic schedules! That's why we provide tailored one-on-one coaching plans designed specifically for you! Whether you're looking to build strength, enhance endurance, recover from an injury, or navigate postpartum training, we're here to support you on your journey! PT sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home or in at the Studio. 

All classes and courses can be held in German or English (French also an option).

 

We are certified Qualicert, so depending on your health insurance and your policy, part of your training or courses could  be reimbursed. 

Our location

Our classes are held in the "Dein Trainer" Studio in Baar. For Personal training, you can either choose to train at the studio or in the confort of your own home (we will take care of the equipment needed)
